New: Flexible lid for glasses and bottles

After many months of intensive development work, countless test runs and the desire to perfectly solve every technical challenge, we can finally officially present what we have been working towards for so long: our new capping machine — the result of a genuine passion for precision, efficiency and innovation.

Whether it's a milk bottle, yogurt glass, oil or juice bottle, jam jar or PET container — our compact machine places every cap securely in place. It processes twist-off lids, ROPP aluminum capsules and plastic closures fully automatically and with absolute process reliability.

Thanks to its impressively small footprint of just 1000 × 1000 × 2000 mm, it can easily be used even in confined production environments. The powerful servomotor ensures high-precision torque control and adapts flexibly to a wide range of lock types — for perfect, repeatable results.

An integrated sorting pot automatically supplies the seals and creates smooth processes without manual intervention. Optionally, the machine can be expanded to include an integrated filling point to further automate processes and save space.
